Corona Virus (Covid-19) Business Update

We continue to closely monitor the current unfolding Coronavirus situation in the UK. In line with the UK government and advice from the World Health Organisation (WHO) we have enacted the following measures:

• All non-essential travel for staff has been cancelled inc. networking events.
• All office-based staff have been instructed to work remotely until further notice.
• Engineering travel to datacentres will be limited to essential maintenances only.

All Scholar datacentres remain fully operational and we do not expect any disruption to your service. Our business aim is to protect our staff and ensure that we continue to serve our clients during this difficult time.

For our colocation clients, we have been informed by our datacentre partners that all site visits are to be kept to essential visits only and to make use of remote hands where possible.

Any visitors to the datacentre experiencing symptoms, or who have been in contact with anyone who has symptoms, or has travelled to the affected area will not be granted entry in line with our supplier’s business continuity strategy.
